Overview:
Booking a COVID vaccination appointment in Ontario has been a challenge for many citizens, we would like to provide more simple and intuitive access to the booking system.
Problem:
- Fragmented systems have led to citizens sometimes booking several clinics to try to secure an earlier appointment
- There are too many questions regarding eligibility identification and vaccination history
- Search result is clumsy Users need a few steps to check and compare with multiple timeslots and locations, which significantly extended the searching time.
Solutions:
Re-design the system based on our approach.
